We are a team of dedicated professionals building corporate secretarial practices in India. We promote compliance of statutes, forming a code of conduct, healthy practices and regular check-ups with our clients, thus laying a strong foundation for a healthy growth. S.Behera & Co. was formed in the month of January 2004 and operating from New Delhi. We provide wide variety of advisory, company secretarial, audit, representative and training functions to our clients. Our core area of specialization is in Corporate Law, Securities Law, Foreign Investment Laws and NBFCs matters.
Our firm is well-equipped to meet the challenges of the dynamic regulatory environment. We regularly get ourselves updated with all the regulatory changes, modifications and assist our clients to adapt the change be it XBRL (Extensive Business Reporting Language) or general meetings through webcast, LLP or so on. We act as an aid to the management, to implement new technologies and methods.

Mr. Shesdev Behera is the founder of M/s S.Behera & Company. Before forming the firm, he was associated with various other corporates in Delhi & NCR. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a Bachelors degree in Commerce (Hons.). He has 10 years practical experience and is a specialist in Company Law, FEMA and other Economic Legislations. |
